Acceptable use policy

What can and can’t be sold or called through Pikeway. It applies to every seller, buyer and agent on the platform.

What you can list

  • An API you run yourself (own API).
  • A provider’s official API, called with an API key whose terms let you serve your own customers (official API).
  • An API you have a written right to resell (authorized reseller). We can mark these as verified once we’ve seen proof.

What is prohibited

  • Reselling, sharing or pooling consumer AI subscriptions or their quota: ChatGPT Plus/Pro, Codex sign-ins, Claude Pro/Max and Claude Code logins, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, the Gemini app, Grok, Perplexity and similar seat-based products.
  • Listing an upstream that is a consumer chat app or its private web backend (for example chatgpt.com, claude.ai, cursor.com, githubcopilot.com, gemini.google.com).
  • Using anyone’s login, OAuth, refresh or session token as the upstream credential, including Claude OAuth tokens (sk-ant-oat…), ChatGPT session tokens and browser cookies.
  • Anything built to hide traffic from the upstream provider: per-account egress IPs, client impersonation, human-like pacing, fingerprint spoofing. Pikeway doesn’t offer these features and won’t add them.

Also not allowed

  • Malware, credential stuffing, spam, scraping that breaks the target’s terms, and attacks on any system.
  • Listings that misdescribe what they return, who runs them or where the data comes from.
  • Calls made to break the law or to infringe someone’s rights.

Enforcement

  • We reject prohibited upstream hosts and credentials when they’re entered.
  • If an upstream keeps rejecting a seller’s credential (HTTP 401/403), and a check call made with that credential also fails, the listing is paused automatically. Buyers aren’t charged for failed calls.
  • Anyone signed in can report a listing from its page. We review reports and can suspend a listing; only Pikeway can lift a suspension.
  • Repeated or serious violations can close the account and hold earnings that came from the violation.
