Before a listing can be submitted, you declare its upstream source and accept the statements below. We store every acceptance with the time, your account and this terms version.
Source of the API
You declare one source type per listing: own API, official API or authorized reseller.
If the source changes, you declare it again, and any verified badge is removed until we check again.
Statements you accept
I have the right to resell access to this upstream service, and I have read and comply with its terms.
This listing does not resell consumer subscription quota (such as ChatGPT/Codex, Claude Pro/Max, Cursor or Copilot plans) or any login, OAuth or session token.
If my upstream account is suspended, rate-limited, revoked or repriced, I bear the loss. Pikeway does not compensate sellers and may pause the listing.
I am responsible for my upstream provider's usage policies being respected; buyers' requests are processed by my upstream provider under my account.
Pikeway may pause or remove this listing and withhold receivables for prohibited or misdescribed listings.
Your credential
Upstream credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown to buyers.
Keep them valid. When the upstream rejects your credential repeatedly and a check call also fails, we pause the listing and notify you. Fix or rotate the key, then resume it from your workspace.
Suspension and earnings
We can suspend a listing that breaks the acceptable use policy. Earnings from prohibited sales can be withheld and refunded to buyers.
Settlement and disputes
Buyers are charged only for successful (2xx) responses, at the price you set.
Your share of each charge stays pending for the dispute window (14 days by default), then becomes available to withdraw.
If a buyer disputes a charge and we refund it, your share of that charge is taken back from your pending or available balance.
Before you publish
Prove you control the origin (a DNS TXT record or a /.well-known file), run a successful test call, and price every endpoint.
We recommend rejecting traffic that lacks a valid X-Pikeway-Jwt signed by Pikeway (we publish the keys at /.well-known/jwks.json).
