CLI

Search, inspect and call any API in the marketplace from your terminal, or from an agent's shell tool. Output is human-readable by default and raw JSON with --json.

1

Install

Requires Node.js 18 or later. The CLI has no dependencies and is not on npm yet, so install it from this site:

bash
npm install -g https://pikeway.fi/sdk/pikeway-cli.tgz

Check it worked:

bash
pikeway --version
Using an agent? Just tell it set up https://pikeway.fi/SKILL.md and it will install and configure the CLI itself.
2

Add your key

Create a key in Console → API Keys, then run setup. It verifies the key, saves it, and can install the agent skill for your client:

bash
pikeway setup --key pk-... --client claude-code # or codex, cursor, opencode
  • Keys are stored in ~/.config/pikeway/config.json (file mode 600). Keep several with pikeway keys add --label work --key pk-... and switch with pikeway keys activate --label work.
  • For one-off use, set PIKEWAY_API_KEY or pass -k pk-....
  • Leave out --key to just check versions and print the MCP command for your client.
3

Find an endpoint

Discover and inspect are free and work without a key.

bash
pikeway discover -q "token price on solana"
pikeway inspect -p birdeye -e /defi/price # input schema, example input, price
4

Make your first call

bash
pikeway run -p birdeye -e /defi/price \
  -i '{"address":"So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112"}'

The run prints the response and what it cost. Failed calls are free. Then check your history and balance:

bash
pikeway runs list
pikeway balance
bash
pikeway run -p birdeye -e /defi/price -i @input.json -o out.json
